front desk was very polite and helpful, the rooms exceeded my expectations and i felt very comfortable in our room :)

After getting a confirmation email about my booking I was placed on the cancellation list without knowing and frantically had to find other places or hotels because of poor management and lack of notification. They did not take any form of responsibility and told me to call someone else. Won't book here again.

The photos online don't match the rooms. They're clean, nice rooms, but not the same as the photos. The chairs are plastic stacking chairs and the couch doesn't exist! I'm supposed to be in a deluxe king! Also, staff is lacking basic courtesy. They are not even trying to be polite. I won't be staying here again.
