We've been customers for about a decade, and happy with the service provided. Since the move to the new location however, service and employee attitude has plummeted. Despite taking and picking up clothes frequently, a few shirts somehow were never given back to us for well over a year. When an employee finally realized they had the shirts, somehow they blamed us for their oversight. Worse, two of the shirts were soiled on the collars, and not the kind of soil that would come from wearing them. The employee there at the time, and young man. was very argumentative and took no responsibility for these issues, saying the shirts were dusty from being there for so long (again their fault). We were again charged for the two shirts to be cleaned (again) that were soiled while they were at the cleaners.Despite the geographical convenience of this location, we are done with them. An overhaul of employees and customer service training is clearly in order for this location. To Steiner Cleaners: it's okay to make a mistake from time to time, just take accountability for it when you do.
