Liers. I was told my uniform dry cleaning order would be ready after 5p the next day. When I went to pickup it showed cleaned but not there. I was apologized to and asked if the dress could be delivered. I said no because the location wouldn't accept outside deliveries due to security. I was assured I wouldn't have to pay for their mistake. Next day I had to take off work to pick up in the morning. It was ready, but I was told I needed to pay. I said I was told it'd be comped due to being late and me having to take off work, but was told that wasn't the case. A phone call didn't fix it, so I just paid to get out. This was the one time I've needed a cleaner in recent years and they couldn't do the most basic thing. Horrible customer service, go somewhere else, they lie.
