SpinZone Laundry

Place is definitely one of the best looking Ive seen. The 24 hours really makes it easy for me to get my laundry done with out messing my schedule up. The employee working tonight at 5 am is awesome and really helpful in all really great!! Update on 4/8/24 Jose is still the most helpful employee Ive seen at the spin zone and definitely the cleanest store Ive seen!!! Just phenomenal

Best laundromat I have been to. Jos who works there at night is amazing. Super friendly, hardworking and helpful! 5 stars for sure.

The store is very clean, I washed today Easter Sunday and my 1st complaint is the parking, many people don't pull into parking spots because the dont want to get blocked in so it was literally 2 spots be taken by one car. I counted six dryers that weren't working and those were the ones toward the back right hand side. In all fairness maybe the dryers themselves weren't broken but had blue tape over the card reader and or the coin intake mechanism. There was a line of 3 people waiting to dry. That's one of the most convenient things about this facility is you can use your card, when you take away that feature or have fewer than normal machines available especially AFTER a person has was You've kind of taken away there option to choose unless you want to take your wet clothes somewhere else. Bottom line please look into the parking at some point its a safety risk and the handicap spots were taken by individuals with no permits or plates to do so. And please address the dryers with no card readers working. The small Hispanic lady who was working around noon did attempt to come and help and was pleasant but not much she could do.

So I quit coming to this place as Ive only been there during the night shift while Jose works. He is fabulous. This review is not to reflect his customer service or his demeanor towards the clientele at all as a local Austin business owner Im very offended to find that in one of the most queer, LGBTQIA friendly cities in the world I was discriminated against, and also made fun of not only picked on, but made to feel uncomfortable and scared from my safety at a place that I grew up around being from the east side of Austin. I felt very out of place in my own home, which is not common for me. Also being Latino, I felt very uncomfortable with the fact that he assumed that I didnt know what he was saying, while talking very ugly to me and my aunt in Spanish However tip for tats not really my style. I waited months and months to do this, but I realize when I pulled up here tonight that I hadnt been here in months and that that was why therefore I had to do this to stand up for people who may not I hope that something gets done about this as it is a problem with a lot of people I know, and this particular space maybe that four point one star come up to a five.

Every time I come to this place. I come at night, the guy Working with a lot of tattoos on his face is literally the nicest most helpful person i've ever met at a laundry mat. He goes out of his way to make sure that we have everything we need, he's always making sure The place is super clean, and that we feel safe Doing our laundry. He's literally worked here for probably 10 years. And hes definitely the best employee they have! Kudos to him!
