        I do like this branch at SPM, but this is by far the worst credit union Ive ever been attached to. I shouldnt be waiting 2 months for a credit card and every person I spoke to is saying theyre sending it to my address and I go up to the branch and the card has never even been ordered. On top of that, they deactivate my debit card for no reason, so I dont have a physical card on me and Im not able to use Apple Pay or put the numbers in manually because it comes up as an error. Im not understanding the disconnect when I call the representatives. It would be a lot better if members could speak to people who actually know what they are doing.

        Terrible credit union, you might as well be dealing with an automated computer system. The people who work here arent there to help you. Also they use jd power for valuations.
