How is it possible that a client needs to wait up to an hour and a half for help? What type of business stresses people out in this way?

New customer transferring from another carrier... Their service was incompetent... helped me transfer from my old carrier but didn't complete my Verizon transfer. Rep told me to change the sim once my old one stopped working and got no sort of confirmation email/receipt. they also have a promo for $500 if you use your previous unlocked phone and the rep forgot to give me the code to claim it! Went to the Buda location and they helped me step by step to fix this... went half a day without service... BOOOO

My man Juan got me right! He helped me get a better plan and pay a more affordable rate along with it! Checked in with me enough to make sure i was good but didnt pester, furthermore he handled other customers during the entire interaction as well, got me in and got me out in a timely manner, and had a good sense of humor. You rock Juan, keep on keepin on!

I love this location even though I'm not a current Verizon customer they always treat me good here let me charge my devices. I even left my Samsung watch here by mistake while charging it. Went back 4 days later and they had saved it. Great location.

Sat in here for 30 minutes without anyone even greeting us. Came to buy 2 phones, instead here I am leaving a 1 star review for horrible customer service.
