I've been to this store several times. Great customer service! Absolutely the BEST part. Friendly, professional and educational. They give me options each time, and never push for sales. When things go wrong (which I will admit it has), they clean up the issues right away AND to the consumer's satisfaction. As everyone knows, life isn't perfect and human beings can make errors. So when things don't go as planned, I want to make sure that the businesses' customer service team is great. And here, I gotta say that I found it!

This was my worst purchasing experience in my life they made a mistake and they sent my phone in to wrong address and till now since 2 weeks i dont have my phone or my money back and they are not helping there is a person with name (FAITH) her customer service skills is 0 i dont know how she still have a job she doesnt help or even trying to help
