        Fast, fast, and so very helpful. We were pulling our hair out for 2 days trying to set our new device up, and Daniel was able to efficiently help us in under 5 minutes. Our wait time was 15 seconds. Thanks so much for your help.

        My husband went in sometime last week and asked for the manager to help him with the Sim card because the worker there the day before was rude and the manager Justin gave him attitude over having to help him with the Sim card and claims its because my husband was rude when my husband just informed him, he wanted him to help him and asked him if he had an issue helping him because of the way Justin reacted to being asked for help with the Sim card. He tried to belittle my husband, and then things escalated from there. Not to mention this Manager had hickeys all over his neck when I went in to talk to him later that day. Switching services because clearly you will hire anyone professional, or not.

        Alyssa was super unhelpful. She was on her phone while she helped us. She didn't help us do a simple thing on our phone. All I wanted was to reset my wife's phone because she had downloaded a bunch of apps.
