Caliber collision was a great company to work with. Jackie, representative that helped me was fantastic. I was kept updated. Everything was done in a timely manner, and when I was unwell and unable to return my rental car and pick up my car, she did it for me! Kindness to boot. I cant recommend caliber collision enough. Even though I live far from this shop, I use to take my car to them for repairs as they did good job. This time I use them for AAA claim and the insurance representative, named Case there didnt recorders or submitted all the damages from accidents .I told him multiple times about those damages and asked him to make sure he submit all of those . Later when I picked up the car and talk to my insurance about damage they didnt fix. The insurance said those damages were never submitted by caliber collision as a part of original estimate When I spoke to caliber manager about the miss on their part, he said that there is nothing they can do about it and told me to figure out with my insurance. Secondly they returned the car to me with 3 rd class repair even after leaving the car for 2 weeks The door they replaced didnt locked.The alignment was all off and I can hear all air noise coming in. The main point was not that made a mistake but that they do nothing to take responsibility or try to even fix it.
