Let me stat it off this way. If you could pick a negative star I would. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought a 2013 BMW 335i that supposedly passed all inspections. I didn’t even have the car for a week before it broke down on me and I had to get it towed to a shop. And they told me that the dealership had to of known about this problem. Now my car is in the shop and I am having to pay 6k to get it fixed. I’ve tried getting ahold of the dealership many times and nothing at all. After a month of trying to figure all this out they tell us it’s not their problem. Great customer service!!!!!

Bought a truck from this dealer back in June and it needed a few things to be fixed on it ( the bed of the truck was missing a bolt to hold it down, the a/c on the passenger side didn’t blow, there was a dent on the tailgate that I requested to be fix), with all that to be fixed I agreed to buy the vehicle. They fixed the bed of the truck and supposedly the a/c was looked at and nothing was wrong with it. The dent was taken out and ended up creating a new dent from what ever they used to remove the dent I wanted taken out. The sales rep Clarence S. talked up a good sale with adding our first oil change would be free and after that the oil changes would only be around $20. When I made my appointment to get my oil change done at the central location they told me they stopped offering free oil changes back in May and that every dealership was aware of that. We called Clarence and he put me on hold to talk to his GM and they said they would not honor the free oil change. This dealer is just about making the money. I would never refer anyone here to buy a vehicle or never go back to look for another vehicle here.
