Came in for oil change, tire rotation, and I wanted them to take a look at a slow leak in my tire. They said it was a nail too close to the side wall and could not be repaired. I would need a new tire. I declined the new tire because I have a credit card with Discount Tire. Took it to Discount Tire, they ordered me a tire, and then I went back in to have it replaced. When they took the tire off, it was actually a screw near the center of the tread... they showed me. They repaired the flat for FREE! The dishonesty here at Capital is amazing. Is it because I am a woman, and must not know about cars? If so, they couldn't be more wrong. Also, when I got in my vehicle the paper seat cover and plastic for shoes was still in my vehicle. That's not customer service. Also, you should consider adding a quick car wash or vacuum to your service. You are a car dealership service department. We all know the prices are higher and so should be the honesty and extra care. I spent a lot of money at your dealership purchasing my vehicle. It sucks to feel like I am just discarded and unimportant as a customer. I will be back for my free oil changes, but would never recommend this service department.
