Jay Romani in themaintenance team is amazing. She helps out with everything mentioned in work orders and beyond that. The team had also helped with the move in. They were very clear with the whole process. Specially Alex was a great help!. Whenever an order is placed always ask for Jay Romani. Also, they now have the leasing office located on site. And they respond efficiently to all emails.

I love the location, easy transportation to campus. Close to HEB too. Shout out to Jay Romani for cleaning the pool Mon - Fri daily. When I moved in last summer it was not in use because it was very dirty. I like swimming. The pool is nice but rent is very high as a working student.
