    Heed the warning of other 1-star reviews (all true) and avoid this place. Building construction is a joke. You really can hear your neighbors like they're in your apartment, mgmt/owners/elevator are also a joke, and they're building a Phase II, so you will be living in a construction zone. They are so inconsiderate and incompetent with just basic "maintenance," that I can't imagine how miserable it will be to live there while they're building another apartment structure. As others have already said: the view is noooooooot worth it. Take note that many of the 5 star reviews are from many years ago (two are from a married couple who have been in business with the owners in the past). None of the tenants we knew there were happy at all, and yes - everyone texts each other about the "resort living" they advertise = not even close to resort living.

    I loved living here, and was so sad when it was time for me to move! Living right on the lake like that is dreamy, and all the people were so nice. I really miss those gorgeous views!

    View NOT worth it. Mgmt/owners cheapskates, cut corners even w/ serious MOLD health issues. Tenants joke its resort living, bc bldg Mickey Mouse-ed together. STONEWALL PROPERTIES = STONEWALL YOU. MOLD & MAINTENANCE JOKE Maint is rude, incompetent, DANGEROUS. We found mold flooding HVAC, ductwork, drywall. 7+ months nothing done, couldnt safely use living space. Moved rather than continue to deal w/ dangerous indifference & negligence (if not for Covid wed moved sooner). Continuously ignored mold inspectors recoms to safely remediate, repeatedly forced to follow-up bc no communication/progress happening. To be repeatedly forced to re-explain inspectors recoms was stressful & exhausting. Bet they still havent done recoms. If youre living in #64/ANY unit, check your HVAC & ductwork. MAJOR CONSTRUCTION ZONE Building Phase II, dont respect tenants w/ start/end times. Circular saws cutting stone at 8am for hours/day for weeks without warning. Owners dont care, mgmt ignores you or placates & does nothing. Never trust what they say, quadruple timelines. INSULATION & CHEAP CONSTRUCTION No insulation walls/floors. Constantly hear neighbors like in same apt. Quality sub-par. Ex: Exhaust vents flap constantly & loudly. Installers confirmed wrong, bldg didnt want to fix. Increased energy costs due to leaks. 2020 ice storm, owner ONSITE didnt turn heat on vacant apts. Fire sprinklers exploded flooding many units. Were top floor, had heat on so not affected. 12+ units affected causing tenants to vacate as water poured on them&their property, freezing temps to traverse icy roads. A nightmare which, w/ competent mgmt/owners, couldve been avoided Unnerving creaking sounds. Hope everyone stays safe, sadly wont be surprised if bldg. crumbles, owners found grossly negligent, legally liable. FIRES & FIRE ALARM Alarms day/night. Owner runs around like clueless imbecile OR pretends to be tenant so new tenants dont know hes resp for incompetency theyre subjected to Drunk aggressive tenant FIRE PIT ON WINDY BALCONY. Fire Dept came, told him put out. Next week second fire. Fire Dept came/told him put out AGAIN. I contacted owner, he emailed saying nothing but, If place caught fire, youd have few hours before itd burn thru wall. WOW reassuring. On 6th floor w/ young son, enjoy being alive, sentimental possessions. AGGRESSIVE DRUNK NEIGHBORS - MGMT DOES NOTHING Violently aggressive tenant blast music, yelled obscenities, had illegal boat captain co. from apt. Loud groups incl kids so drunk they stumble around/get carried by friends. Tenant first terrorized tenants on lower flr. Mgmt did nothing despite continued complaints. After nicely asking to not play LOUD, NON-STOP BASS til 3am, he started yelling thru our door. Very scary for our family. Mgmt did nothing. The mgr said, We have plan - their plan was do nothing. Drunk neighbor on 5th floor had DV altercation w/ gf, slamming doors, screaming threats = mgmt did nothing. ELEVATOR ALWAYS GOES OUT: Plan on stairs OFTEN. FRONT GATE UNRELIABLE: People/deliveries cant always access & thieves/vandals get in. BAD Wi-Fi: Inconsistent, routers arent in each unit. MAIL / PACKAGE DELIVERY IS JOKE Delivery issues, bldg knows, dont care. Bldg keeps mailbox on road, sep from cluster mailboxes, confusing for delivery people. Items worth hundreds left side of road in rain. Bldg said theyd put sign for deliveries, never did. DECEIVING PICS Major drought, area NOT like this. Inaccurate 2.5 yrs old pics exact rep of how dishonest owners & mgmt will be. MARINA CONSTRUCTION Renov for years & windy storms cause more damage. Far from serene & peaceful. INFURIATING COMMUNICATION Hard to be this incompetent. Tenants text each other asking, Is this real? HOW is it possible to be THIS incompetent & inconsiderate to tenants? Farthest thing from resort life advertised. No on-site, mgr lives Waco, may sound good but no timely responses-even emergencies. Many times I sent mgr text to let her know whats happening.

    My move-in experience was disappointing and my unit was not clean. The road you drive on just before turning into the apartments gets very busy during the Spring and Summer months due to people trying to get to the lake. Speeding drivers who will get on your tail and numerous deer you have to be careful of as they try to get from one side of the woods to the other! There's a parking garage and an elevator and it was a treat for us here when it was clean. Maintenance is just ok and not on-site, so requests take 2-3 days to be filled. Some balconies are not private and are right next to your bedroom window so if you want to open your blinds, your neighbor is able to look directly into your bedroom. Or if your neighbor decides to blast loud music on their balcony at night, it can be heard from your bedroom and living room. Not cool when you're trying to sleep or have company spending the night. Left because the rent price doesn't match the quality. Yes, the views are nice, but this isn't the only place in the area that offers a nice view.
