I absolutely love this gym. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. My favorite is the free classes offered by the certified and knowledgeable trainers to all paid members.

Excellent classes free 6 days a week!! Honestly, I have been forgetting to make a review.. due to being so happy for about a year and half. I knew from the start, when I walked in, there was love. This is an atmosphere is of love. No kidding. Let me tell you what else! They helped me keep my belongings that I lost, honestly too much. There isn't blame, shame, guilt, or judgement, especially. Members and staff here don't provoke members with plausible drama. It is a clean environment being on team healthy. If you want to add years to your life with happy-whole-hearted people, please come visit with me here. I am just a regular member, but I like using the classes they offer (free) as a member. And here is the super honest truth without getting into too much detial, actually, and it's the other reason why I waited to write this review. I don't like feeling rejection, unfortunately, but I felt that way at two other gyms in town by the staff It is very unfortunate . I dare not tell. But this is as real as a review should get-- the truth!!
