This gym permanently closed on 11/28/22 with 5 days notice via email, stating that they were still going to charge for December? During membership if we wanted to cancel our membership, they require substantial handwritten notice. Shady business practice. If my card is charged, I will dispute it.

Terrible employees. Went to workout and employee was MIA to pay guest fee. Worked out with my brother(member). Employee showed up out of nowhere and told me to leave. Didnt ask to pay a guest fee or ask anything. Just told me to leave. Terrible attitude, No people skills, zero business acumen. This business should really have someone with a little charisma or common sense when talking to prospective members. Easy to see why this club has been struggling with membership and vehicle break-ins. Please train your employees to treat clients and their guests with respect. Shameful business practice. Improve the services and hire employees who know what theyre doing. Membership would probably increase if you had motivated people working here. If this guy is managing your club, youre business will never blossom.
Terrible. Take charge of your business because its failing you and failing the community
