My husband and I found this gym a couple of weeks after moving to Houston and we loved it since our first visit. The programming and coaching is great. The facility is in a great location with private parking lot that's great for running workouts. They also have plenty of equipment/barbells and weights. Everyone is super friendly and we look forward to working out every day.

I joined CFE a few months ago and since joining I have been amazed by power, energy and professionalism of the team! Everyone here is working hard to create excellent ambience for participants. Classes are on time , consistent and full of cheerfulness. I see value for any level of athleticism to join and benefit from this value high class cross fit gym. Keep it up guys !

CFE is the best! Awesome coaches, great programming, best CF community that is welcoming to new comers and all experience and fitness levels! Foundations classes teach you everything you need and coaches always ensure youre safety and scale to your individual skill and intensity! All are welcome for a drop-in any time!

Great gym, all good coaches they will kick your a$$ and help you meet your goals. My wife signed me up a year ago, been going ever since, 5:00am workouts are ideal to start the day.
