Jack and Fred have been very responsive. We have been pleased with their work. I feel they are honest and did not try to sell us on unnecessary work when the air conditioner stopped cooling last summer. a 16 year old furnace went out over the weekend. Had an emergency call. Unfortunately I needed a new one. Gave me a proposal for 4 different units. Had us up and going the next day.
