Terrell A/C & Heat

James and his brother run their business. They are very honest and fair. One summer our AC froze up and the Home Warranty AC guy that came out, looked at it for one second came back and said it could not be fixed. We called James, they came out and fixed it at our request. It was old but he gave us the option, and he told us it would probably get us through to the winter when it was cheaper to replace units (off season, better rebates on units) Plus we had it fixed immediately. If 6 stars were an option, I'd give 6. James was incredible. Same-day service, and he only charged me for what was needed. Seeing an AC tech and seeing a mechanic give me similar concerns: I have no experience in either field and I'm relying on their honesty and integrity to only charge me for what is needed. The sale of my home depended on proof that the AC was running properly. James came out, cleaned the outside units, took new readings, and charged me just $170 for the maintenance. I'm keeping the receipt and contact info and will use James as my first choice for any AC issues in the future!
