Trying to pay my bill since April 2nd. I paid March and there automative system sucks.
Spoke after 4hrs hung up on me. Stated I didn't pay for march and my bank states they got March payment. The normal 800 number is currently not working. To get someone to answer phone so u can pay is currently not working. I've used that number for over 23yrs. This is unacceptable. Gonna charge late fee due to ur stupid system

I have been a customer of Colonial Savings for many years, including at least 3 mortgages. Customer service is terrific. The owners and employees are people of fine character. I will always be a Colonial customer.
