Maria was awesome and provided customer service that is extremely helpful and rare to receive these days, in addition to Andrew who Maria connected me with. We both agreed that Andrew was the epitome of customer service and assistance. These two restored my faith not only in Chase bank but the fact that decent humans still exist. However MARIA is a LIAR, and sat by my entire phone call to watch my pin, listen to all my new information that I was setting up with Andrew. Little does the liar know is that,I have her on survailance video on my phone talking to another man before she helped me,and I told her all about how thatan followed there and I overheard him tell her about how I was coming into discuss fraud,I have this on video,and the branch manager who lied and told me that they had several Marias working there and I have her on video as well eaves dropping constantly walking around to look. At me and they both would not let me look at thw screen repeatedly told me wrong information. They are apart of a ring that spans DFW ,these psychos,follow you with cars that have dealer plates, pink vanity plate holders, and /or have a missing front plate which is illegal for EVERYONE ELSE,they shine their brights on you to make it to where you can't see, they are targeting women! MISD, and the surrounding Issue, PD,s, Isd pD, Medical professionals, Behavioral healthcare,teachers,admin,it's deep and systemic RACISM that makes me sad that EvRRY race participates is sad, when the targets are EVERYONE who is Disabled,low income, a person of color, or any other way you can be classified as a minority BEWARE, BE SAFE

Worst branch of chase ever the manager lied to me and took a check I brought in from another branch just to change the amount and told me I was issued the check in error and made sure said check is held 10days all because Im black I could tell from the way she looked at me mind you this check was drawn from my account.. after I told her the money was needed urgently she still didnt care and was very unprofessional and rude

Solid. Normally go to the bank once a month to pay rent. I go here because its a private landlord that also has chase (account transfer). I normally get there at 4:50 and they close at 5. I was late and about 4:56 and theyre apologizing for a wait which is a understandable and b my fault for pushing it. Sidney is kind but also fast and knowledgeable
