The absolute dumbest bank on the planet, the president of truist is incompetent, had a letter sent out since their system was down it had incurred a late payment so I filed a complaint only to get a letter saying that they won't refund the payment... all I asked for was the late fee to be taken off not the full payment to be refunded, I mean wow. I miss suntrust, truist never again! Also hire folks that speak English clearly...

Can't get a money order unless I had a certain account with them. banking with them should be enough with all the crazy fees.

Would give 0 if I could. Wait time is ridiculous unless you walk in first thing when they open. They charge maintenance fees $12 p/mo. (I didnt set up direct deposit). Pull unauthorized transactions from you account and then you have to argue it back. Will never do business with them again.

Would give 0 if it was an option. The one teller here is so slow paint dries faster. Asia moves like a snail. To deposit a check takes 20 minutes. Worst banking experience around. Was once the best bank when it was BB&T but now its horrible. If you are going to have a teller that is that slow then have two.

Ive tried to give this place a chance for years, and I have had the same issue every time I go. I have been with BB&T before they became Truist. Ive been banking here for several years. I have come to cash my check millions of times, Ive made change for my job, etc. there is a serious race issue here, and I HATE to play that card- however, its actually SICK at this point. Its BLATANT Ive come in to make change for my store, and each time Im met with a snobby attitude as well as someone asking me to PROVE that we have an account with them- that is NEVER a problem. Ive tested this theory on 32 separate occasions, and yes Ive kept count. Ive been here 16 times to make change. Of those 16 times, before I am even formally greeted, when I mention that I am making change, Im asked to provide an account number. I dont have a problem doing so, seeing as my store has an account with them, but what concerns me is that when I send my employees over, theyre NEVER ASKED FOR OUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. EVER!!!!. Make it make sense? My employees are of Latino, Arab, and Asian decent. But once the black woman walks in, you need to ask for my account number, right? Its a Latina woman who gives me an issue every time. The one in the desk on the right side when you first walk in. I went in today to cash my check. Mind you, I cash my checks here often. I typically avoid the lady in the desk in the right because its always something with her. I gave her my ID, my check, etc. I cant cash it for you- your balance doesnt cover the check amount. Just tell me youre racist. Ive cashed so many checks at Truist and no one has ever batted an eye at me. My checks are REAL. They dont bounce. So for you to make up a random policy that Ive never been aware of? At the drop of a hat? Ive had $0.00 in my account and Ive cashed checks here before. So youre either a racist, or a racist. No in between. I am sick of this branch and the way you treat people. Theres a reason why there is a 2.7 star rating. You dont get to pick and choose who cashes what at your store. Ive sat and witnessed the SAME LATINA WOMAN cash a check for a white woman who mentioned her account was negative. The irony? If youre going to be so nasty as a person, DO NOT WORK HERE. The lady on shift today at 4:40 made my day harder and is honestly going to be the reason I no longer bank here. For my business AND personal accounts. Disgusting, racist behavior. I wasnt even going I write a review until I sat back and replayed what happened in my head. You do not need to be working here, and I hope you get fired.
