    Well, time to move out. People kicking doors down, busting windows and now they are breaking into cars!!! The office informed me the cameras don't work and nothing can be done.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They will steal your money and charge you unnecessary fees or charge you multiple different fees for the same thing. Makes me wonder how many more of your residence you have screwed over. Oh, but dont bother to ever call them or send them emails because they will never answer or ever get back to you. Talk about unprofessional.

    Jamie the property manager is attentive and takes proper action to my needs as a resident. I have always been able to express any need, concern, or issue with her and she has communicated an answer beyond a straight "No" (she follows up with why the answer is No) or "We will get it done (i.e. when/time/place)." I have worked with her for the past 3yrs (at least) and she has made things happened when I need something done. My air conditioner went out last summer and I needed an entire new unit. The property was down 2 major maintenance staff due to illness/injury, in the dead middle of summer. Jaime sent a coworker to buy window units (there were other residents in the same situation) until the team could get a HVAC contractor scheduled to come out to look at the cooling units since maintenance was recovering. She works hard, she does her best, and goes beyond her best to get requests done. She is so outgoing and an overachiever if she could fix it herself she would definitely try. Jaimie is very busy (as any manager/director/higher authority in any company), but take time to speak with her staff and I ensure you, if they can't move mountains for you due to their level of authority, she definitely will. Thanks Jaime for taking care of me, when sometimes other landlords could careless. Jaxon is quiet and low key. As with any apartments it has its ups and downs but again, the management team is a good team. I send prayers for my community and its growth and safety....

    My 5 stars go directly to Jamie. She has been extremely helpful throughout my moving process. Ive lived in these apartments for going on 2 years now, and though I have had issues with other staff members, Jamie has fixed them all. I recently transferred my lease from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and I will say my new apartment is much nicer than my last. Overall, its a nice place to live and I havent had many issues over the years. I will say, if you do have any issues, speak with Jamie!

    Very nice apartment..your parking spaces are TOO NARROW i did find it rather funny that you have poop bags/trash can right in front of office windows and there was dog poop everywhere..i still say the apartment was very nice and the staff were too when i came for a visit
