Property looks really nice and has great amenities. With Jeff and Rachel in the office we feel very comfortable and confident with our choice to make The Gin Mill our home! Theyre very attentive to all concerns and are always great to talk with.

Rachel was very helpful, friendly and informative with answering all our questions. The model we viewed was super cute. I would definitely recommend taking a look if youre thinking of moving to the area. I did not lease only because my current lease isnt over yet. These are definitely my number one so far.

This place is absolutely amazing! Rachel was so amazing and patient with me! She was able to answer every question I had! Not only that but she called a week later just to check up and make sure I had no further questions on the applying phase! The place is well kept up and overall gives off a very homey feel! I love how quiet and peaceful the environment is as well! Wish I could give this place a higher rating! Definitely recommend!

Jeff and Rachel have been incredible. They started helping us months before we even moved in! Ever since we have been here it has be a well maintained and taken care of! Very clean and inviting! We really are glad to call this place home! Thank you again Jeff and Rachel for all you do!

Update: I see many complaining about the rodent issue. Give it a minute and let it sink in. This property was built on open land. What did you think would happen when you disturb the ecosystem of open field? If you live on the first floor, youre subject to all living creatures. Duh! If youre downplaying this property because your rodent issue hasnt been corrected, well lets thinkhow would you handle the issue if you lived in a house? Who are you going to complain to then? lol get it together. SMH Just wanted to say Rachel has been a blast to work with. Jeffrey has been great. This place seems very inviting. A mix of old mill with modern decor gives it a warm feel. Im excited to move in September. Thank you for making my relocating experience great.
