Dont bothering coming here. Its roach infested and they will send you a $500 bill after you move out. They charge for cleaning and damages and claim that its their standard procedure even if you cleaned the unit and didnt damage. Veronica, the property manger, is incompetent and so is her team, not to include the maintenance team. They were really nice. Proof the unit was left cleaned and in good condition when I left.

Do not move here! Two months ago had a shoot out,they want their money but take sweet time fixing stuff.and now it cost $41.00 dollars just to pay rent,when money orders are only $2.00,been here 3 yeas to long, lease up I'm leaving just like everyone else. Call alington police and ask about apts.

Roaches Roaches Roaches They scam people on the rent Something is always broken Maintenance come in your home and steal your stuff The people in the office is so unprofessional They make you pay for parking every night but still will tow your car, and the tow company they use docent answer the phone so they can get more money out of you They love to scam you These apartments needs to be legally investigated its nothing but fraudulent activity going on in the office at Brookside apartments I would NOT recommend anyone lease here under a bridge is better

Came in to look for an apartment and get information Sissy made the process easy been calling back for a week now the other lady sounds like shes asleep on the phone The guy said hes been out sick a week and has residents to worry about I paid the application fee and told him dont worry about it if thats how u handle business I dont want move Keep ya money do not pay the fees just for them to keep
