        Im disappointed in this facility. This place has very nice rooms for the elderly however the management team never answers the phone and God forbid you have maintenance issues on the weekend. Their emergency line says on a flyer that in case you have an emergency to call this number and press 3. That never happens. Their maintenance man is rude and never fixes anything leaves everything the way it was and runs a maintenance close out order while nothing was fixed its down right ridiculous! Yet Natoya in the office is ready to receive your money in monthly rent right away knowing not a dam thing was fixed! So beware coming into this place with your elderly parent or parents. These folks dont give a dam much less care about their tenants! What a shame! Shame on them!! These are old folks for christ sake they should be living stress free and not worrying about not having communication from the office regarding their maintenance needs! I sure hope someone does something about this Very soon!!
