        Great communication and great customer service. I had an issue with a new indicator not screwing into the gauge and they were willing to send me a new one.

        My overnight stay here was actually quite lovely but unfortunately, vandals broke the back window of my SUV overnight and stole nearly all of my clothing. Unsurprisingly, the hotel took no responsibility and, didn't even have footage of the break-in because they say I was parked too far away (though it was in their parking lot). I sure wish someone at the hotel would have warned me that could be an issue! I also think the hotel needs to put up a fence or something in the back so no one else gets robbed. If you decide to stay here, make sure you don't leave anything in your car as you'll be on your own.

      Rebecca, We are sorry this happened to you, unfortunately this happens all over the city, we did check our surveillance video, but did not find anything that look suspicious or that could be related to the break in, we told the police department that they could come and check the video again for themselves, since they are probably better at it, they declined and said "we do not have time or enough detectives to do that" I wish they would do more. We are really sorry. Sincerely,Hotel Management.
