Tennessee State Bank is absolutely the best bank we have ever used! I can truly understand why this Bank is always rated #1. We have always been treated with respect! Some of the friendliest people we have ever seen at a bank. Most banks you go to feels like a morgue, however not Tennessee State Bank!
Thanks to everyone who makes it a pleasure to do business with this bank!

This is the worst customer relations bank ever. They dont have any open branches on a sat. Nor do they have a after hours customer service. They say the drive through a are open at 730 an daily. But nope. That's a lie. There is an atm...that's there....24 hours a day. Doesn't move. Doesn't close. Atm....order a new card. Takes a month to come in. Cant even activate it because it's a Saturday. What good is a bank that cant even help their customers on a sat. When over have the population of America is off work. Wow. Great job TSB. A1 customer service right there. The cost for even getting a new card is 25 bucks. And it's some cheapo flimsy bank card that breaks in a month. Fees are outrageous. They give u a option for 500 overdraft protection service "free of charge" and then charge you 50 bucks of u ever have the mistake of needed to use it. WORST BANK EVER
