I am sorry. But I have never been so offend in my life. So I receive a written paycheck from my boss. (Who has an account with CNB.) She told me and I was also told by another employee that it is ok to have my paycheck cash at any CNB location. So I have been cashing my checks the last couple weeks while I switch my banking over. Today for some reason. When I went in. I wasnt greeted at all. Just stared at me when I approached. So I walked up to an older lady with my check and say. Hi, Id like to cash my paycheck. She says Do you have an account with us? I say, No. I am just having my check cash here. My boss said it was ok and allowed. (Ive done it a few times before with no issues.) She just said I know. (Imply that she has caused my check before, which she has.) I just stayed silent at this point. Then she grabs the check, sees I forgot to sign it and tells me I have to sigh it. I oblige not problem. But I see as I am signing my check her watching me sign and looking at the signature on my ID. Back and forth. I immediately said. Dont worry, its me. I was so appalled by the coldness and then then especially being made to feel as though Im doing something wrong?!!! I was having a terrible day as it was. Just wanted to cash my check that I worked OT for so I could enjoy my night. But nope. Now I feel uncomfortable and upset because of this.

Went in with my husband to cash his check from work he presented a passport the lady snared at him and demanded a Visa then said she had to call someone to make sure she can cash his check with his passport. She played around with the other employee and acted like she was dialing a number but never spoke to anybody. A Passport is his ID this lady was completely rude and racist towards him. I will not return to this location and something needs to be done about her racism and rudeness.
