        Did what I needed to do but boy the staff was unfriendly. Super cold and would much rather handle things with the other two accounts I have at SmartBank and Tennessee state bank.i added a photo of the tellers name. Apparently shes been rude/cold before. I suggest they relocate her to the back!

        Some of the worst customer service Ive seen at a bank in my life, I have to use this bank for work and everytime I go it makes my workday even crappier than it already was just because of how horrible this bank is at treating and managing customers.
