Beautiful hotel in best location! Hotel staff courteous and friendly; however, avoid using valet. Service is rude and irresponsible!

This hotel was fine. Great location downtown where we could easily walk the main strip. The hotel was as clean and the service was good. I had the misfortune of getting a room facing the indoor atrium. I didnt love the lack of natural light. We were here for a conference. I wasnt wowed by the food. Due to some food allergies, I was limited by what I could have.
Overall it was ok. Given it was a work related event, it served its purpose.

Very good location. It's close to all the bustling places and within walking distance of Bar Street. The service in the hotel is very good. I highly recommend staying here.

I honestly do not understand the raving reviews on this hotel. I am flabbergasted with the horrendous service and experience with my stay. Months ago, we booked a king suite. So upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded to a new room. When we walked into our upgraded room, in fact it was a massive downgrade to what we had PAID for and reserved (even had proof of our reservation to show the front desk)!
We brought this issue up to the front desk to which the manager claimed was not their (Hiltons) fault that they overbooked on rooms and that we were downgraded to a size FULL bed!! No apology or trying to make things right, just a terribly rude manager who kept making it seem like we were the ones causing the issue, and that he and his hotel had no part in this. I will never be staying here again, and cannot recommend you find another hotel more!
