Staff here seem to be bothered when asking for standard items or services, such as towels, a folio or room cleaning.

I was charged 250.00 for a smoking fee when there wasn't anyone smoking Too many people was around when you trying to get your breakfast breathing all over the food, fake kindness, uncomfortable couch,, the general manager was rude.

Thinking this place is close to the airport so it's convenient is a big mistake. Being a Bon Voy gild elite member will not matter to them. I needed help making a reservation as a member and the front desk clerk went out of her way to be unhelpful. Seemed like she'd be more comfortable as a probation officer than hospitality specialist. Sat in the lobby and booked elsewhere instead.

Traveling through to Kentucky and was very happy with our stay. Staff were extremely nice, rooms were clean, the pool was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious!! I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
