      image Everything was perfect. The front desk receptionist were friendly as can be and very prompt at assisting me. The room was clean, I wish I wasnt in a handicapped room but it was nothing to complain about. Most definitely would stay here again.

      image The only complaint I have, they do not have a business center or a fax. Everything else was fantastic. Will be staying there anytime I have business in Nashville.

      image I booked two rooms because of a very early morning flight! The air conditioner to say the least, just didnt work. Tried reaching front desk several times, to no avail. So after a sleepless night at 88 degrees in one room and 82 in the other, it made for a long day of travel. Disappointed for the price I paid to have convenience and ease of having an early AM flight.
      Rooms: Air did not work, hard to sleep with 2 rooms you booked being 82 and 89 degrees. I would have been cooler sleeping outside.
