        Be aware recent reviews are 1 star from a tik tok video that went viral! Ive never stayed here before but as someone who always reads reviews before I make a decision I think its important to know the truth. The tik toker had an issue because she couldnt change the date for her non-refundable/non-changeable room. It was an honest mistake and it seems the hotel just followed their policy.

        Why do you like to hang up on customers? Also if someone makes a mistake with booking and calls back before you even have time to pre process the payment, you refuse to work with the customer and just move the dates? Insane.
