I can remember when the food and service was really great. Now they just hand you a dirty menu, they're rude and then slap your food on the plate with no taste

Very poor service

It would get 5 stars if when I ask for No Foam, I would get No Foam & a full cup of coffee. I mean I pay for a Venti, I should get a Venti not a Grande in a Venti cup.
