When I walked into the store I greeted myself to the barista letting her know I placed an order online. She proceeds to look at me in silence and gives a head knod. Im still standing there and after awhile she decides to say itll be ready in a minute. Immediately getting unwelcoming vibes from her, I decided to go wait in my car in the parking lot. Then I get a notification my drink is ready so I come back into the store to grab it but in fact my drink wasnt quite ready yet. I proceeded to wait an additional 2 more minutes and when I receive my drink it looks nothing as advertised. The barista in krogers gives a bad representation of Starbucks. She comes to work looking miserable ,had hickies on her neck and cant do basic communication with customers nor put effort into making a drink.
