      image Toured a couple of downtown apartments today. Liked this one the least. The building is very old and the area has a lot of homeless people walking around and they did approach me as I was looking for the leasing office. I was scared but stay polite. The hallways smells like skunk. Every floor, including elevators are going under renovations. Building construction going on across the street. Park next to building house a lot of homeless people who sleeps on the benches. Not a lot of people walking the area, except homeless people, since it is far from most main downtown attractions. However, the views are great and so is Jackqueline!

      Hi Cindy! Thank you for pointing out the best parts of this community... the service, the views, and the RENOVATIONS! Age is inevitable. Reversing that effect requires work and investment. This property will continue to have beautiful views, but through work, investment, and service, we are making this property a star. Finding the leasing office can be a little tricky, as it is tucked back in a corner, but we believe that it is worth the extra few steps to visit. We hope to hear from you again soon!
