I moved in March 1st. I noticed that the only thing that was done to my townhouse to get it ready to move in was paint. My first day I discovered that I didn't have a shower head, the ceiling fan in the guestroom is loose therefore it shakes when it comes on, the washing machine makes weird noise, I have no key to my back door, they gave me the wrong key to my mailbox, the bathtub was dirty,and on top of that there was a roach problem. I sent an email and stating what needs to be fixed, but have not received any reply. I had my back door lock replaced myself, and as far as the mailbox key I am still waiting on that. I went to the store and got products to get rid of the roach problem. The outside garbage is filthy because tenants put trash around the garbage can instead of inside it, plus there is limited parking but old cars that don't work are allowed to sit for over a month and take up space that other tenants with operating cars could be using. I feel like I am paying to much ($1205 a month) for these type of conditions.

In my moving process . I read all the reviews but it did not stop me from putting in my application. I first talked to Ms. Beverly and she was patient and understanding. Very welcoming and inviting. Once I got my leasing consultant Ms. Dominique she also was great and understanding. taking her time explaining and getting back with me in a timely and professional manner. Despite all my questions and calls these ladies went above and beyond with customer service. I'm so happy that I didn't let the negative comments keep me away. Great Job ladies. You are appreciated!!!!

The office is un professional don't answer. The phone take they time with tickets don't return phone calls most of them have attitudes but most of all I like my apartment looking for a house cause I can't walk up and down stairs has a doctor letter and the office has one too they just need to get it together
