Absolutely happy to have lived here for last 2 years, and just renewed for a third! Office staff is amazing, maintenance has always been really quick to solve any issues we have had. Has a playground, a pool, adjacent to a children's private school. Prices are incredible. They also have government housing, based on income. Check em out!

Southwind lake are horrible apartments and I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. I drive a Dodge Charger and the 2nd week within me staying into the apartments my rearview mirror was stolen along with my tag. My refrigerator would always go out, leaving my food spoil. My hot water tank would always leak leaving my carpet soaking wet. Honestly you're really paying those overcharged rent prices for the view of the apartment because inside was horrible. When I first moved in I notice mildew paint on the walls, tub was filthy etc. I could no longer take it so I moved within a year prior to me staying. I moved out the following month I paid rent, they put me down for eviction so I couldnt get my deposit backmy deposit was $1200. I have receipts showing I was no longer there the following next month. I paid rent for the month I left and they still put me down for eviction so I couldnt receive my deposit back. These apartments looks luxury but old and out of style in the inside and is not worth dam near $800 a month. Please proceed with caution when looking into these apartments please.

I would highly recommend Southwind Lakes to anyone whos looking for somewhere quiet and quaint to stay. Andrea is so amazing and sweet, shes always a big help to me whenever I need her shes there. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!

The apartments are nice. Where I was staying, which was in the front. Maintenance men were very nice, but the office people suck. Went through 2 or 3 office managers while staying my one year. The leasing consultant, Shakeila, very nasty attitude. Over talk people, nasty look on her face when you walk in. Shes the most you hear anything about. The new office manager, Cassandra, is not the best either. Office needs work!!! When moved I gave them a 54 day notice instead of 60 and they want me to pay $1470 which sucks, because Ive known three ppl that previously stayed before me that gave shorter notice than that and received full deposits back. So they pick and choose who they want to work with and not work with. Other than that. The apartments and maintenance are good.
