A big scam for this business . Everyone should be alert. They order and ship your phone even though you canceled the order and got confiRmation in email. Then tell you to pay for whole amount. They will trap you if they can.

Extremely disappointed. Was told that I would get $1000.00 off porting a phone number from ATT. Received my first bill with no discounts that I was told I would receive. My wife was told she could move her T-mobile number from her former employer which couldnt be done until my account was established for 30 days. I would leave today but how? Quote text from sales rep at T-mobile for my wifes phone. Hey Dan, got some unfortunate news. T-Mobile as of the 28th took away the $830 credit with No Trade in. So for your wifes line we would need to trade in an eligible phone. I can get you up to $830 off depending on what the trade in is. I apologize once again I know this process has not been smooth so far. Where is my $830 for the phone I was told would the $830 on January 20th. I dont have high standards just dont like companies that quote me one price with a free phone and when invoiced the price went up about $50 per month. Responding with a flippant remarks about high standards for providing poor service. All I can say is WOW you are special.

Awesome experience at T Mobile! TJ is who helped me but listening to other associates they are awesome too! Great with us who have had a lot of birthdays! Thank you again!!

Derek & Julie Anderson would like to say that this team made up of Chloe, Sam & Jack @ this W. Broadway Ave. & Montgomery Lane are fantastic. They were patient & so very helpful. I have had to stop in a few times to ask questions & get my new phone set up. I didn't even get our phones at this location & they couldn't have been nicer to help me. I hope that management recognizes them in some way. I will be telling my friends about the great service these three have given us. They are the same with everyone that comes in this location. Hats off to employees that truly care.
