Visited this store today on Good Friday and it took all of but 5 minutes if not more to even be greeted. The manager and another employee stared directly at me for nearly 5 minutes while I stood in the entrance area of the store. I stared around the store and noticed they each had a customer. Finally after the 5 to 7min wait the Mgr walked up to me and asked if I needed help. Very poor customer service. It almost felt as if I was invisible for those minutes.

Employees here are always friendly and efficient. Too bad we couldn't deal straight with Verizon and have such awesome service. TJ was extremely helpful to me when I was in the last time.

My wife and I traded in 2 phones on a promo for new iphones- the employees all assured us they were taking the best care of us, We would receive $1000 trade in credit on both phones but an employee negligently added both trade in phones to 1 line instead of each line. As a result Verizon cancelled out the credits. When we made management aware of the error they assured us they would remedy the issue but it took 7 mos, 14 employees, a drive to a different store to directly confront the area manager to resolve the issue, and over 18 hours for us waiting and explaining and pleading for them to fix it. End of the day Verizon still gave us $800 trade in credit for my wifes phone (Instead of the $1000 promised). Cellular sales gave us a credit to make up the difference and an apology for the 14 employees and 18+ hours it took us to correct what everyone agreed was clearly an employee error. We overpaid for months while they fumbled thru, delayed and made excuses. The incompetence is systemic! Unacceptable, inexcusable and totally unprofessional. 7 mos after Verizon promises they will charge us what the employees initially promised in the next 1-2 billing cycles but they are still not issuing the credits/promo they promised in writing but "their resolution is final and not subject to revision".....
