      image I came in to see what upgrade opportunities I had for my iPhone because it was starting to have a few issues. The sales representative I met with, James Gray, was immediately attentive and friendly. He was able to get me a great info on the deals with iPhone and he even lowered my bill in the process. Ill be coming back to see him for any of my future needs!

      image Worst Verizon store I've ever been in, I demolished my phone and within an hour was at this location. Where I had the most unhelpful experience with a short blonde guy in a tan suit. I get you likely work on commission. But business wasn't booming at the time that I walked in. It was apparent I was having a rough time. I needed a phone. Of course I know about the insurance program. But some of us use our phones for work. And I didn't have time to wait a day or two on said phone. 270 would have me walking out with a new phone. As if I don't already pay enough. And have been with Verizon for years. Yet insurance would've taken care of me for 150. I asked for the cheapest phone, Used new whatever. And even asked him to get someone who could help me. Told me I had the two options of 200 or more. I left and went to Walmart. Paid off one phone for 150. And my bill is actually cheaper now. And it's a Verizon phone. Thanks so kindly
      For wasting my time. I found you a bit rude. And obviously only worried about your pocket. Instead of actually providing good customer service.
