I have had at least 10 techs to my home. Nothing is done in a timely manner, and procedures do not seem known by all. When I contact Spectrum re an existing, ongoing issue, I have to start at ground zero. I have currently been waiting for resolution for over a month. For some reason, I was transferred to the rudest dispatch person who was no help, gave generic answer not based on my situation. This situation has probably put the ending on Spectrum for us.
