UPS Customer Center

I had a problem with a delivery. I had been given about 5 different delivery dates. I called UPS and Amazon numerous times. My package had been sitting in a closed facility since early Saturday morning. I was told their hands were tied and no one could do anything till after Christmas. Then out of the blue I get a phone call from a UPS rep. She drove 40 minutes in pouring down rain to open a closed facility to hunt for my package. She then allowed me to come pick it up. She went above and beyond in pouring down rain to get me my Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She was so kind. BTW I gave her a gift card for her trouble. I can't say enough about this sweet lady that did that for us. WTG UPS you made my day and you made my granddaughter very happy!

A little strange because they did not have the capacity to receive a refrigerated load, but after several calls to their superiors they agreed and sent me to a rear dock and they received my load. It took a couple of hours, but when I saw the situation at the beginning I thought that it would be more. Normal parking space, there is no bathroom.
