My appointment was at 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:30 am and they gave me the papers at 1:20 pm. I couldn't get home, I ran out of hours to drive.

You can stay over night just go in their first driveway the gate for receiving is closed (receiving is on the back of the building) so just stay in front of the building. ... more
