The idiot behind the counter today 3/24 at 2pm we were In line for 30 minutes because he can't figure out how to do a return then when we finally get to the counter to purchase our games gives us the incorrect games and wouldn't sell me the game with out showing my ID even tho I am a grown man clearly not under age having a beard and looking 40 the guy had to call support over the phone multiple times because he dosnt know hot to do his dam job

I am writing this review so that others will know of the unfair business practices at GameStop. I went to this location on Black Friday and bought some pre-owned switch games. When I get home I noticed the cashier sold me additional warranties for my games without asking me. I called the store and spoke with Isaiah the manger and explained what happened. He assured me I could come in anytime to get my money back. When I go back to the store to get my refund they refused to give it to me as Isaiah was off that day and the guy at the register was new. He told me to come back tomorrow when Isaiah was working. I explained I live an hour away and came back just for this. All they would do is give me the customer service number.
