Came in yesterday and ordered four Mc doubles with no pickle and a Mc crispy with no Pickle add cheese. They made my food wrong. They had extra pickles on everything and I live 30 minutes away from this McDonalds so I called them and spoke to a Mail employee on the phone I do not recall his name. He took down my name and what was wrong with my order and said I can come in anytime over the next few days and get it replaced completely free. Today I get off work and I drive 30 minutes out of my way after working a long day at work to come pick up my replacement meal and am told by the manager that they cannot replace my food and Im basically SOL. Absolutely awful service obviously awful food because they cannot follow directions. Its easier to put no pickles on a sandwich than to put extra pickles. Im absolutely pissed and I will be reaching out to corporate as well
