This Mcdonald's orders some of it's food from a different supplier than corporate stores. I talked to the crew about the problem with the ice cream and McChicken patties: then the shift manager; then the store manager, and then the district manager before calling the complaint line. When I called the store, the general manager told me it's the same as other Mcdonald's and hung up on me. Nobody I spoke with cared or tried to relay the complaint to higher management. Also, when you go inside, they don't greet you. They just leave you standing there and you don't know if they even know you're there waiting. Management should teach the crew the #1 rule in customer service which is to greet the customer - even if you're too busy to serve them at the moment, that way they know you know they're there. Anyway, I felt disrespected from them hanging up on me so I went to the store and asked the manager why she hung up on me and she said "You don't come up here asking me nothing! Do you understand me?" So I felt disrespected and I raised my voice and told her she wasn't going to get away with treating a customer like that so she called the police and now I have a restraining order against me going there anymore. What kind of customer service is that? I'm going to wait and see what corporate does about this or if they'll do anything.

Received a COLD cup of coffee and both sausage mcmuffins were hard. Horrible experience.

It takes a long time for someone to ask for my order at the drive through. Otherwise, everyone was nice. The food was good.
Update: since my first post, things have improved. I haven't had to wait at all for someone to acknowledge me. The food is still very good and the staff is friendly.

Service sucks they hardly take your order I sat there 30 mins and they never took my order and there was cars lined up behind me I finally drove off
