        Lack of compassion, no urgency based on type of injury, and customer/patient service was astonishingly horrible. No transparency, and people skills across the board were lacking. If you are in need of immediate, compassionate, emergency medical attention, this is not the place for you.

        Absolutely the worst hospital ER I've ever been to. Tara F. in particular was incredibly unhelpful and acted annoyed to even have to deal with patients at all. I will never go back to FSER.

        Worse experience ever!! Not only did they let my wife leave with the IV still in her arm, they didn't explain anything!! They literally told her they didn't know what was wrong and discharged her!! No compassion, empathy nothing and on top of that they have the nerve to be rude. NEVER RETURNING

        My Aunt died of a stroke because they discharged her during her stroke and the police wouldn't help her, instead they arrested her and mocked her medical condition. She died in thr patrol car on the way to jail.
