My son was in a car wreck it took us two hrs to find out where he had been transported.Emergency. Dept was wonderful to him.He went to ICU trauma and then moved to a room he had to beg for a bath with no response.The place is filthy They emptied the trash but not once did they mop or wipe anything down.Blood on the bathroom wall the toliet was filthy.Every call light was flashing and nurses sitting at the desk playing on their phones.He had surgery at 8 pm at night and we had to sit in parking lot and was told the door would lock at ten they would not let use the restroom.We got a phone call at 2 am saying our son was out of surgery but we couldn't go in to see him.I hope I never have to come here again.

I was in a head on collision! UT medical center worked fast in helping save not only my life but my limbs as well. I went under a series of surgeries from them saving my ruptured spleen to an orif of my left tibia, whirlpool therapy, several titanium rod placements, went from a coma to back walking in 41 days! I appreciate all you guys did in saving my life! And making sure I have the best possible function in my limbs afterwards

I have been discharged from the hospital. I went to ER with excruciating pain, turns out my appendix had ruptured and I was taken to emergency surgery at 1am. This is for me a fantastic facility at University of Tennessee Medical Center with amazing staff in every single department, excellent surgeons everyone in the emergency department, the CT department staff, all the nurses, physical therapist, secretaries that answered my calls, housekeeping and cafeteria staff. Every single person I give my upmost respect and gratitude for their help for my care. They all truly listened to me and took their time explaining everything in detail. Very caring and professional. I am now on my journey to recovery still in some shock of what I just went through it happened so fast. My medical care journey was excellent !!!
