I was discharged by letter with no discussion or forewarning due to a 2 pill error in my pill count. A couple of my 59 year old daughter's Tylenol that I had picked up from the floor got mixed in my pocket with the hydros. I was not given the chance to explain or was even asked about it. Three days I received the discharge letter in the mail when I only had 3 days left of hydros. I called the clinic and went down there, they refused to talk to me. I actually had a full pill count with a few in a bottle in my car so why I intentionally try to slip Tylenol in with my pills. It was totally accidentally. Now I've got 2 days to try to contract another pain clinic. By the way I've never had a problem there previously in over 2 years. I have RA and my provider started me on hydros over 16 years ago. Then quit writing them and sent me to the pain clinic. I am 80 years old. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH ACTIVE HEALTHCARE AND JAMES FOX!

I would strongly advise you to find a different pain management facility if you want your pain actually managed. In my opinion, all the good specialists are gone! All that's left are people like Rachel who take a perverse delight in being cruel to people and playing GOD!!!
